  • Cancellations and alterations to advertisements will only be accepted in writing with at least 7 days prior notice before the scheduled publication date.
  • Design Park Ads Company reserves the exclusive right to cancel the publication or reflection of any content on its platforms. However, in such cases, the advertiser will be notified and provided with appropriate reasons for the cancellation.
  • The advertiser shall be liable for any charges applicable to cancellations, as per the rates laid down in the cancellation and refund policy.

Refusal of Service:

  • Design Park Ads Company maintains the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at its sole discretion, especially if there is a violation of the Terms & Conditions.
  • If any content provided by the advertiser is deemed to create liability for Design Park Ads Company, the company may take necessary actions to minimize or eliminate potential liability, including the release of user information.

Refunds Policy:

  • However, there is an exception to the refund policy. If, for any reason, the advertisement does not appear in any of the ordered publications, the advertiser is eligible to request a refund.
  • Design Park Ads Company deals with non-tangible irrevocable goods, and therefore, refunds are generally not issued once the order is completed, and the advertisements are published.
  • If the publication denies accepting the advertisement due to policy violations or any other reason, the advertiser may receive a refund within 5 to 7 working days.
  • Please note that Design Park Ads Company collaborates with various publications, and their refund policies may differ. It is the advertiser’s responsibility to understand and acknowledge this refund policy before booking any advertisement.
  • For any cancellations, alterations, or refund requests, the advertiser must communicate in writing to Design Park Ads Company through the appropriate channels provided by the company.
