Advance Booking:

  • Design Park Ads encourages clients to make bookings in advance to secure their preferred publication dates and placements.
  • Advance booking allows us to plan and execute advertising campaigns effectively, ensuring optimal results for our clients.

Content Creation and Approval:

  • Once the booking is confirmed, our creative team will start working on the content as per the client’s requirements.
  • Design concepts and drafts will be shared with the client for approval. Necessary revisions will be made based on client feedback.
    Timely communication from the client’s end is essential to meet publication deadlines.

Cancellation and Alterations:

  • Cancellations and alterations to the content are accepted with a minimum of 7 days prior notice before the scheduled publication date.
  • Clients must provide any requested alterations in writing, and our team will do their best to accommodate the changes, subject to feasibility and publication constraints.

Refunds:

  • Design Park Ads generally does not issue refunds for completed and published content, as our services involve non-tangible irrevocable goods.
  • Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases where the content did not appear in the intended publication due to factors beyond the client’s control or if there was a breach of our service obligations.

Payment Terms:

  • Clients are required to adhere to the payment terms agreed upon during the booking process.
  • Payment may be required in full or in installments, depending on the scope and duration of the advertising campaign.
    Design Park Ads may withhold publishing the content until full payment is received, as per the agreed-upon terms.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that the content and materials provided for the advertisement comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Design Park Ads reserves the right to refuse any content that may be considered illegal, offensive, or inappropriate for publication.

Availability of Services:

  • Design Park Ads operates on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability and scheduling constraints.
  • Clients are encouraged to book early to secure the desired services and publication slots.
